We had never sold a house and we wanted to sell our mom’s house quickly because she went into a nursing home. Debbie met with us the next day for a walkthrough and to explain the process. She already had comps pulled! Debbie told us what we should focus on changing for a quick sale. The changes were only about $3k and she had trusted vendors to refer us to and helped us negotiate the price. The house went on the market and she did 50 showings over two days/open houses. We got 18 offers and accepted one! Then, the next day our mom passed away, prior to closing. Debbie helped navigate this process as closing was delayed due to probate. She kept the buyer interested so they didn’t back out. Debbie was very compassionate during this difficult time. Throughout the whole process, she was professional and had great communication. We lucked out when we met Adam at an open house, 5 min before they were set to wrap up. It was the first beach condo we looked at (somewhat on a whim) and he instantly impressed us. He took swift action to get us set up with a portal that would display all homes within our search criteria, adding inside information into the neighborhoods that we would otherwise have been unaware. Adam went above and beyond what we would have expected from a realtor every step of the way. He explained every step of the process in great detail and provided guidance as if we were a family member. We did feel like we were fast friends despite just having met him. I would recommend Adam to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Delaware beach area!!!!

My fiancé and I met Julie at a showing of a home we were interested in and began working exclusively shortly after. Julie took the time to assist us in narrowing down the diverse "wants" we were looking for in a home. She availed herself to our awkward schedule and would send us homes to review and schedule for viewing. After searching many homes my fiance and I selected a home and made an offer in the neighborhood we had been focusing on. We made an offer on Friday and the owners would not be available to review the offer until Monday so I took the weekend to go away and relax a bit. Even when we started to feel down about not finding the house, you stuck with us. We looked for a home for a little over a year and I believe we went through 3 realtors?
