Delaware Realtors distribute 150 new trees for planting
In keeping with refresh, Delaware Association of Realtors’ theme for the year, its 150 luncheon guests were recently given evergreen saplings to plant. DAR President Chrissy Steele, new directors and officers were installed during the event. These 150 trees will be added to the grand total for Gov. John Carney’s Tree for Every Delawarean Initiative. In 2021, Carney vowed to plant a tree for every Delaware resident in hopes of reducing greenhouse gases and their negative impacts on the environment and global warming.
