Allison Stine Launches Gold Team Coaching Program for Northrop Realty
The Stine Team's Allison Stine kicks off intensive 6-month business development program for select agents
Cambridge, MD – Last week marked the official launch of Northrop Realty's exclusive Gold Team Coaching Program, led by The Stine Team's own Allison Stine. The intensive 6-month business development initiative brings together 17 carefully selected agents who are ready to transform their real estate businesses.
The program kicked off with a productive working lunch in Cambridge, Maryland, setting the tone for what promises to be a game-changing experience for participating agents. The Gold Team represents some of Northrop Realty's most promising producers, each with the foundation and drive necessary to reach new heights in their careers.
"These agents were hand-selected because they have the potential to move from 1-2 sales per month to consistent 2+ sales monthly," said Allison Stine. "Our goal is to help them build truly scalable businesses and reach $15M-$20M in annual production."
The comprehensive curriculum covers essential business development areas including business planning, personal branding, database mining, listing mastery, buyer systems, advanced lead generation, and building sustainable processes for long-term growth.
Over the next six months, participating agents will engage in monthly group training sessions, biweekly check-ins, and individual coaching designed to provide both accountability and personalized guidance. The program represents Northrop Realty's commitment to investing in agent success and building a stronger, more productive team.
"I'm honored to guide these agents through this transformation," Stine added. "We're not just looking at short-term gains – we're building businesses that will thrive for years to come."
The Gold Team Coaching Program reflects The Stine Team's continued leadership within Northrop Realty and commitment to elevating the entire organization's success.
