At the 2026 Delaware Real Estate Summit, Allison Stine will help attendees understand what the numbers say about where Delaware housing is headed. The summit takes place September 3 at the Del-One Conference Center at Delaware Tech in Dover.
During her presentation, “By the Numbers: Delaware’s Housing Reality Check,” Allison will take a closer look at the population and migration trends, permitting activity, home prices, affordability, and growth patterns shaping communities across the state.
The summit brings together REALTORS®, builders, policymakers, housing leaders, and other stakeholders to explore some of the most important questions facing Delaware, from housing availability and affordability to land use, development, and continued growth.
