Delaware’s three counties show four different real estate markets
DOVER – Delaware’s real estate markets are evolving into four categories, according to real estate leaders – one market for each county and another for the Sussex County beach areas.
During last week’s Delaware Real Estate Summit, speakers tied Delaware’s housing market to broader questions about growth, development costs and the state’s ability to accommodate continued growth, something local real estate agent Allison Stine called a stalemate.
